Scott L. Greenameyer - President and CEO
Mr. Greenameyer has an extensive background in business
management and development, including over twenty years
of experience in accounting and finance.
Formerly,
he was the CFO for a rapidly growing $150 million fresh
produce and food processing company. He was principally
involved in acquisitions, raising capital, strategic
business planning, modeling, forecasting, and operations
management.
Mr.
Greenameyer also previously held the position of CFO
for a $175 million company, which manufactured and distributed
building products. During his fourteen years there,
he was responsible for risk management, information
systems management, human resources, property management
and real estate development, as well as all areas of
accounting and finance.
Additionally,
he has three years of public accounting experience working
for a Minneapolis based firm, during which time he earned
his CPA certification. He graduated from Minnesota's
highest ranking business university in 1982 with a Bachelor
of Science degree in accounting.
